Turtle shell alert! This glaze combination reminds me of the amazing fossils we found in a junior high school trip to the Herkimer Mines. Anything joyous that happened in junior high was about as magical as a diamond, faux (like a Herkimer) or real. There was so much wonder in tapping rocks to find underwater animals that liked so long ago.
